User Data Deletion
Request deletion of your EchoLive data.
Option 1: In-app request
If you can log in, use the GDPR Rights Center in your account settings to request account deletion. This is the fastest option.
Available after you sign in (Profile → Data & Privacy).
Option 2: Email request
If you cannot log in, email us from the address associated with your account.
Contact: Use our contact form and select Privacy & Data Requests.
Please include your account email and the phrase "Data Deletion Request".
We will respond to all deletion requests within 30 days, as required by GDPR and similar regulations.
