Data Retention Policy
Overview
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect users. You can delete projects at any time or request full account deletion via the GDPR Rights Center in your account settings.
Retention Periods
Projects & Audio
Retention: Until you delete it.
Account Profile
Retention: Until account deletion.
Access & Error Logs
Retention: 90 days (anonymized where possible).
Session Tokens
Retention: Up to 24 hours.
Secure Deletion
When you delete data, it is removed from production systems and is no longer accessible. Backups are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days.
Your Choices
- Delete individual projects in the app.
- Download your data from the GDPR Rights Center in your account settings.
- Request full account deletion from the GDPR Rights Center in your account settings.
